The care provider immediately assumed that Belinda had been stealing money and accused her of “lying” as opposed to completing a thorough and fair investigation. Following instructions from Belinda Fairest-Futures intervened and wrote both a grievance and grievance outcome appeal letter. The grievance was upheld, and Belinda was cleared of the false allegation of financial abuse.

Fairest-Futures collated a bundle of evidence of Brian trying to contact his line manager and other managers to resolve the issue in which he was ignored. Brian was refunded the money that had been deducted in an immediate BACs transfer and was paid for the shifts that he had worked.

Parts of the grievance were upheld, and Chrissy was paid for all the shifts and training that she had previously been unpaid for.

Fairest-Futures provided an exclusion appeal letter writing package, which overturned the decision. The appeal meeting was attended by an advocate who ensured Nathan's access to mainstream education was restored for £150.

Jadine, who has a personality disorder and hears voices, was excluded from her mainstream school for disrupting lessons. The school didn't offer a chance to appeal. Fairest-Futures drafted a letter challenging the exclusion and arranged a meeting with the governing body. The exclusion was overturned, allowing Jadine to continue her education until a more suitable school was found

Emmanuel was excluded from school for fighting and injuring another pupil. Despite multiple complaints about being racially harassed by the same pupil, the school didn't consider this when excluding him. Fairest-Futures helped draft an appeal, successfully overturning the exclusion.
